Every window, dressed to measure.
Althan Design Draperies and Decor is a family-owned design studio serving Pomona since 1998. Custom draperies, shutters, blinds and shades, motorized shades, and custom furniture, measured in your home and made for your windows.
Made for the way your rooms live.
Every treatment starts with a free in-home consultation. Andy measures, you pick fabrics, and everything is made to fit your exact windows.
Designed with you, installed by Andy.
Andy is the owner behind Althan Design Draperies and Decor, and the person who shows up at your door. From the first free consultation through design, fabric picks, and installation day, you work with the same person start to finish.
That is the family-owned difference customers keep writing about: meticulous measuring, honest advice, and small decor touches on installation day that make a room feel finished.
Every installation is guaranteed for one full year of labor, with 100% satisfaction on the work.

Install and warranty

Tailoring, not hanging.
Anyone can hang a curtain rod. A pinch-pleat header, a weighted hem, a lining that falls straight: that is tailoring. Althan's draperies are constructed, not just sewn, so the folds fall evenly and keep their shape for years.
It is the kind of detail you notice every morning when the light comes through.
Privacy without darkness.
Sheers, shades, and layered treatments let you keep the daylight and lose the sightlines. Tell Andy how you want a room to feel at 8 in the morning, and he will build the treatment around it.
